This team has been professional, kind, responsive and supportive. It took a while for me to grasp the enormity of our damage claim from the Palisades fire, but they patiently explained (and repeated) how the lengthy process would unfold. The clothes and shoes they cleaned and returned to our temporary home were treated with care and packed well. They provided a resource for upholstery for the furniture that could be saved and rehabilitated. They provided honest advice on what could be saved and what should (for safety's sake) be discarded. I would not hesitate to recommend them! heck, I would even add another star!

Our insurance company contracted with Servpro to fix our house after the a/c unit flooded the interior floors. Ralph Del Valle supervised the repairs and did a great job scheduling the various people who did the work.
They were really careful about mold containment and super tidy. They were professional and really kind. We had moisture come up through the slab and get trapped by mats in our home gym and it totally ruined our flooring. Servpro took care of absolutely everything.
