This company was contracted through our HOA and every week they seem to get lazier and lazier. Our trimmings never get cleaned up and our porch is always left in disarray after them come by, so I was finally able to let one of the workers know and he assured he would come and fix the issue. Sadly, his attempt was not close to satisfactory. I would avoid this company at all cost.

Hi Chad, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are continually working to improve both our customer service and internal processes. We’ve escalated this to our internal teams for further review, and someone will follow up with you soon.

Gothic landscaping service my Hoa community. They do a very poor job. Weeds are never pulled. Yard is not raked up. Our community has never looked so bad since they took over the account back in October 2021. If you call the business the phone goes to voice mail. Could not recommend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the landscape at this time. The community is undergoing a comprehensive landscape renovation to provide a better overall landscape design and performance and we understand the construction process can be cumbersome. We will be sure our service team addresses your concerns as soon as possible.

A great company to work with. They'll take care of all of your landscaping needs. Their staff is also really good to work with.
