Palomar Restoration Services just finished handling a hidden plumbing leak and mold issue under my kitchen sink and behind my dishwasher, and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Right from the start, they provided a very good and thorough quote that clearly broke down both the mitigation and the rebuild phases so I knew what to expect.

I had several concerns about the process, but the team took the time to address every single one upfront. The management and foreman oversight throughout the project was outstanding. They were communicative, organized, and made sure everything was done right by the book. The crew did very detailed work, from setting up containment and removing the damaged drywall to the rebuild, painting, and putting the appliances back in place.

The space under my sink looks brand new. Great company to work with and I definitely recommend them.

Randy and team had good communication, and completed the work in a timely manner, although it was delayed by unforeseen issues at multiple points. They came up with creative solutions, and we are happy with the work.

Jake, Randy and Uriel all went above and beyond for their services. They were completely honest and transparent when it came to any situation. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend them for any type of remodeling or restorations.

Palomar Restoration Services were so helpful with fixing water damage in my home and my neighbor's after my water heater started leaking. They were quick to respond and were very friendly and professional. Randy kept me up to date on the status of the restoration work and was there to answer any questions I had along the way, and Uriel and the team did a great job on the repair work. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!

I’ve been VERY happy with Palomar Restoration Services, and my contact Randy. Randy and his team have been incredible helpful explaining everything concerning the water damage, making sure we found the source, and being very proactive every step along the way. He’s always making sure to tell me what the next steps are and being honest about things that aren’t really in his control, but still helping make sure I’m equipped for those things, like filing my insurance claim, and even working with the city for some related plumbing issues. He’s been proactive in his text communication and really made this whole ordeal so much smoother than I imagined it could be. I truly give them my highest recommendation.

Had a CA room flood and Randy came out the same day with sand bags and plastic to stop more water from getting in. Helped me on really short notice. Super friendly and polite. Highly recommend.
