The Commercial Asphalt Team (Joshua, Jason and experienced Crew) are a solid team of professionals. Requested a quote in Vista for resident asphalt drive and access road repair and they were able to get the job (~6800 sq ft) done the next day exceeding expectations while adding great value and curb appeal to our property. This Family Owned business is well organized with a high level of attention to detail. The years of experience and knowledge are well coordinated and customer focused. These Guys know Asphalt; Solid and Affordable!

Top-Notch Asphalt Work – Highly Recommend Commercial Asphalt in Vista!
I recently hired Commercial Asphalt in Vista for a major asphalt project at my apartment complex, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From beginning to end, the crew was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing.
They arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. The finished surface is smooth, even, and looks fantastic — you can really tell they take pride in their work. They also made sure everything was cleaned up afterward, which didn’t go unnoticed.
What stood out most to me was their attention to detail and the clear, consistent communication throughout the job. It’s rare to find contractors who combine top-quality work with excellent customer service, but Commercial Asphalt absolutely delivered.
If you’re looking for dependable, high-quality asphalt work, look no further. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others. Be sure to ask for Joshua — he oversees the job and makes sure everything is done right. You’ll be in good hands!
Thanks it was a pleasure working with you and for everyone at your establishment, considering the size of the apartments and the amount of traffic .I look forward to furthering our business together, thx again and best wishes!
