I returned a product as the finish was wrong and bought a replacement. It’s been almost two months and no credit has been issued. I’ve called multiple times and have written numerous emails. Spoke with Dave and Nicky, not a great response however, today Dave called me and said the approval from vista was given and they will process the refund.

Tried to warranty Brilliance light bar from yard illumination they asked for order I gave them my number on my invoice. I was told that invoice doesn’t exist. Sent them my confirmation of purchase email with their letter head and signature now I get get no response from anyone . Buyers beware

Cody, we have not received any contact from you confirming purchase. Most warranties are provided by the manufacturer, but we are happy to facilitate it if items are purchased from any of our stores.
